Microwave Tyrolean Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 lb. fish fillets (whitefish, sole, cod, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. Italian flavored fine, dry bread crumbs
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. Chablis or other dry, white wine
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (you may substitute Swiss or another favorite cheese)
    paprika
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In 2-quart oblong glass baking dish, combine onion and butter. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in soup, wine, cheese, lemon juice and parsley.
    Arrange fish in soup mixture.
    Spoon over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Microwave, uncovered, on High 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes, turning dish once halfway through cooking.
    Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
