Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. celery, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 jar mushroom pieces
3 eggs, beaten
1 soup can milk
2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

The night before:
Sprinkle roast heavily with garlic salt and black pepper.
Roll in flour.
Wrap in tinfoil; refrigerate overnight.
