Toting Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 3-quart baking dish; cook and drain noodles.
    Melt butter, saute meat, stir in tomato sauce and flour; simmer 10 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, onion, green pepper and olives.
    Put half the noodles in baking dish.
    Spread on all the cottage cheese mixture.
    Top with remaining noodles and cover with ground meat mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes; let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 10.
