Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium even baking potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives and thyme) or 2 to 3 dried herbs of your choice
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if skin is tough, but otherwise just scrub and rinse them.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Lay a handle of a wooden spoon beside potato and this will prevent the knife from cutting all the way through.
