Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate for 4 days.
    Mix each day and add small amount of water.
    On fourth day, form into pound rolls and wrap in foil (shiny side in).
    Place in low pan and add 1/2-inch water in pan and bake for 90 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Keep refrigerated.
