Meatballs In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon, pan-fried
1 lb. ground beef
3 onions, sliced thin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
Preparation

Pan-fry bacon.
Remove.
Combine beef, seasoning and portion of onion.
Shape into balls.
Brown in bacon grease.
Add rest of onions and tomatoes.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Thicken gravy with a little bit of flour and water.
