Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chopped cabbage
4 stalks chopped celery
1 small onion
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 green pepper (optional)
1/2 red pepper (optional)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Chop all vegetables as desired.
Add oil, salt and celery seed.
Mix sugar, water and vinegar.
Add and mix thoroughly. Will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
