Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs well. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, salt and soda then add to sugar mixture.
Add buttermilk, water and vanilla and mix well. Bake in 9x13 pan or in jelly roll pan at 350\u00b0 for 25-40 minutes.
Frost while hot.
