Roasted Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 large garlic cloves, peeled
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
    pinch of white pepper
Preparation
    Heat the butter, peanut oil and olive oil in a casserole over medium heat.
    Add peeled cloves, side by side, and make sure they are well coated.
    Bake for 20 minutes, basting from time to time. Add salt and pepper.
