Chinese Style Quick Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. whole fish
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 c. sliced ginger
    1 Tbsp. Chinese black beans
    8 oz. Lup Cheong, sliced
    1 bunch Chinese parsley
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Rub fish inside and out and let sit 20 minutes to 1 hour.
    Lay fish in shallow dish.
    Stuff cavity with the next 5 ingredients.
    Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 12 minutes or until opaque and glazed.
    Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
    Serves 4 people.
