Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer, cooked and deboned
1 stick oleo
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 large pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can gumbo okra or frozen
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Cook onion, celery and pepper in oleo until clear, then add other ingredients.
Simmer 30 minutes in large pot.
Can be served over rice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
