Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
    Spoon batter into well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
    Frost when cool.
