Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 to 3 1/2 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, shortening, egg, salt and 1/2 of flour.
    Beat at low speed with mixer until smooth. Stir in remaining flour.
    Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Punch dough down.
    Knead briefly.
    Shape.
    Let rise again until doubled.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
