Cheese Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
6 slices bacon, fried crisp
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Bake pie shell for 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
Crumble bacon and put in pie shell.
Add cream and salt to beaten eggs.
Sprinkle cheese over bacon.
Add egg mixture. Dot with butter.
Bake 30 minutes.
