Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken, skinned
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (32 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
Preparation

Roll chicken pieces in flour, coating well.
Brown chicken in oil on all sides.
Drain excess oil from skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
Simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
Serve over hot pasta.
