Savory Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (15 oz.) cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. bacon (or 10 pieces), crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0, then grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    In large bowl, combine milk and egg yolks.
    Blend well.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Add flour, corn meal, baking powder and pepper to milk and egg yolk.
    Beat until smooth. Stir in green peppers, corn and crumbled bacon.
