Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
salt to taste
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Boil chickens until tender.
Debone.
Add soups, poppy seed, salt and sour cream.
Mix well.
Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Put package of cracker crumbs on top, then pour stick of melted butter over all.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
