Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 (11 1/2 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
Preparation

Drain oranges well.
Beat eggs.
Add oranges and dry ingredients, sifted together.
Beat 4 minutes with electric beater on slow speed so some flakes of orange are showing.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
