Upside-Down Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    8 to 12 pineapple wedges
    4 c. ground ham
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    whole cloves
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in bottom of a greased loaf pan or casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Stud pineapple slices with whole cloves and arrange on top of sugar. Combine ham and remaining ingredients. Pack mixture in pan on top of pineapple. Bake, covered, in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes. Turn out upside down on a hot platter. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
