Swiss Vegetables Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (32 oz.) bags frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 jar pimento, chopped
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 fried onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes (uncovered).
    Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake for 5 minutes longer.
