Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 large white potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Boil potatoes in the skins; cool.
Peel; shred into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Heat 1 stick margarine and soups.
Add cheese, sour cream and onion.
Stir mixture into potatoes.
Mix 2 tablespoons melted margarine and corn flakes; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes before serving.
Yields 10 to 15 servings.
