Steak In Foil With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick)
1 c. sliced mushrooms
butter
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Center steak on heavy aluminum foil.
Saute mushrooms in a small amount of butter.
Sprinkle over meat.
Add remaining ingredients; seal carefully.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Yields 4 to 5 servings.
