Butternut Squash And Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 medium squash, peeled and cut in small pieces
1/8 lb. butter or margarine
1 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan.
Add squash and 1/2 cup water.
Put a lid on frying pan and let simmer.
When squash is tender, mash with fork until smooth.
Add salt, pepper and dill weed.
Slowly add sour cream until thickness you want.
May add onion flakes.
