Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar or honey
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening or 3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Put flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt in separate bowl.
    Cut in shortening. Add buttermilk and yeast mixture.
    Mix well.
    (Does not have to be kneaded.)
    Dough can be stored in a covered plastic bowl in the refrigerator for 1 week.
    Roll out and cut in shapes or drop balls on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
