Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large can mixed vegetables
    2 c. fresh mashed potatoes or instant potatoes to make 2 c.
Preparation
    Saute ground beef and onion together.
    Drain.
    Combine with mixed vegetables and the diluted soup.
    Place in a large casserole dish.
    Cover with mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until the potatoes start to brown and the cheese is melted.
