Strawberry Pie(Shoney'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries, washed and capped
1 baked pie crust
1 c. 7-Up
1 cap red food coloring
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Bake pie crust.
Cook 7-Up, red food coloring, cornstarch and sugar until it forms a thick syrup.
Cool this mixture.
Pour over strawberries that have been placed in the baked crust.
Chill and add whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.
