"Ritz-Chicken Casserole" - cooking recipe

2 rolls Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. (Reserve 1 cup for topping.) Line bottom of long casserole dish with crumbs. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over crumbs in dish. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.
