Shauna'S Wild Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    2 1/2 c. beef broth
    3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. coriander
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Rinse rice 1 to 2 minutes.
    Combine rice and broth.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
    In a skillet cook mushrooms, celery, onion and butter for 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour, nutmeg and coriander.
    Add sour cream and milk.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook 1 more minute.
    Add to undrained rice.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes and stir before serving.
