Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, pared and sliced
    1 pot boiling salted water
    1 egg
    1 dash pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Boil eggplant in water until \"mush\".
    Drain and set aside to cool.
    Place in bowl; add 1 egg and mix well.
    Add enough flour to \"hold together\".
    Drop by spoonful of batter in hot grease.
    Fry until brown.
    Drain and serve.
