Mississippi Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
onion, chopped (to taste)
Preparation

Preheat oven
to
375\u00b0.
Combine eggs, oil, sour cream, corn and onions
in
meal; mix well.
Pour into greased baking dish or muffin pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
