Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pork, beef, tuna or chicken, diced
3/4 c. light Miracle Whip
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. pickle relish
1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Michigan State University now recommends that we hot pack tomatoes for canning and not do them by cold pack.
Also, processing time for tomatoes, tomato juice, applesauce and fruit purees have been changed.
Use the times given to ensure a safe home canned product.
