Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    salt (optional)
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In food processor beat eggs on high for 3 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar, canned pumpkin and lemon juice.
