Vegetable-Caroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine macaroni
    1/3 c. diced carrots
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cook one cup macaroni until tender.
    Saute the onion in butter.
    Add tomato juice and thicken slightly.
    Combine drained macaroni with the sauce and diced vegetables.
    Place in a baking dish and bake until celery and carrots are done.
