Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkgs. or bunches fresh spinach leaves
1 bunch green onions
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg. bacon (fried and crumbled)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup cider vinegar
2 cups oil
Preparation

Tear or cup spinach into pieces.
Cut tops off of onions and add to spinach.
Chop onions and add also add water chestnuts and bacon.
Mix dressing in the order as listed in a blender.
Pour over salad, toss to coat.
Serve.
