Feather Light Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Add buttermilk and mix. In a separate bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in shortening; add buttermilk mixture. Roll out and cut into biscuits. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
