Fat-Free Mexican Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned corn, drained
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. chopped green chilies
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix.
Spray skillet with butter flavor nonstick cooking spray and warm over medium heat.
Drop medium-size spoonfuls of batter into skillet.
Brown on one side, burn and brown on the other side.
Repeat for remaining batter.
