Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. thinly sliced, peeled raw potatoes
salt and pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
2 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. milk, heated
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Arrange potatoes in layers in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle each layer with onion, salt and pepper.
Dot with margarine or butter.
Pour hot milk over top. Bake, uncovered, for about 1 1/2 hours until tender.
