Ingredients

1 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. warm water
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano (or to taste)
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

For the dough, mix the first five ingredients together and let rise until doubled in size.
Makes enough for 2 pizzas.
