Baked Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. coarsely grated, scraped carrots (about 9 medium size)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
Preparation

Place carrots in buttered 4-cup casserole. Season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Cover.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
Makes 6 servings.
