Mexican Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium head shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Brown ground meat, bell pepper, onion, garlic and cumin in a Dutch oven; drain off fat.
    Add soup, Ro-Tel and tomatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Add cabbage; cover and simmer 45 minutes or until cabbage is done.
