Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 grated carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. herb dressing
Preparation
    Mix squash, carrots and onion. Mix margarine and herb dressing. Place half dressing mix in greased casserole. Add squash mix. Sprinkle remaining herb mix. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 12.
