Swedish Apple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 c. apples, peeled, cored and diced
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder. Add with vanilla and salt to the beaten egg. Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into greased 8-inch pie plate. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
