Bottoms Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pillsbury ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting supreme
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devil's food cake mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spread frosting into bottom of prepared pan.
    Sprinkle nuts over frosting.
    In large bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs until moistened.
    Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
    Pour batter over frosting in pan.
