Layered Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 onion
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    salt and pepper
    1 c. pork and beans
    4 c. cooked rice
    taco or corn chips
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet and add onion, ketchup, water, and seasonings.
    Simmer 10 min.
    Add pork and beans and heat thoroughly.
    Layer meat mixture, rice, and chips in casserole. Top with cheese.
    Bake in hot oven for 15 min.
    It's great for a picnic.
