Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, then the oil.
    Mix well.
    Do not beat.
    Stir.
    Add vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas and mix well.
    Spoon into three 9-inch cake pans.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
