Mushroom With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. chopped dill
Preparation
    Clean, wash, drain and slice mushrooms.
    Cook onion in butter until wilted.
    Add mushrooms and cook 10 minutes.
    Blend flour with some of the cream to make a paste.
    Stir in remaining cream; add to mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until it boils.
    Add garlic and season to taste.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in dill.
