Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables (Veg-All), drained
1 c. mayonnaise (salad dressing does not work)
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can Shoe Peg corn
Preparation

Mix ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
Make topping by mixing 1 stack crushed round crackers and melted margarine.
Spread topping on vegetables and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
