French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)
    8 slices bread
Preparation
    Add the salt, milk and vanilla to the eggs.
    Dip the bread into this mixture and brown on each side on a well-greased hot griddle or frying pan.
    Serve hot.
