Chiles Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chiles, rinsed and seeded
1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Line bottom of lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish or casserole with half of the chiles.
Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over chiles.
Top with remaining chiles and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Combine eggs with milk and seasonings.
Pour over chiles and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares to serve.
