Peach Bavarian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach or apricot-flavored jello
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream
additional peaches (optional)
Preparation

Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice.
Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside.
In another bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Stir in reserved syrup.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir vanilla and whip cream.
Gently fold into gelatin.
Fold in peaches.\tPour into mold sprayed with Pam or any other spray you use.
Chill overnight.
Unmold and garnish with peaches, if desired.
Yield:
8 to 10 servings.
